AT&T Thanks
Rewarding Customer Loyalty
-
AT&T Thanks is a rewards program for wireless, U-verse & home phone customers. This program allows the customers to access different offers they are eligible for based on their profile.
To comply with my non-disclosure agreement, I have omitted and obfuscated confidential information in this case study. All information in this case study is my own and does not necessarily reflect the views of AT&T.

One of the biggest challenges of this project is to create a design that is scalable and future proof. AT&T was moving to adobe AEM and one of the main requirements was to launch these offers in a very short time.
-
I was the lead designer on this project. Since the content on these screens is very dynamic, I had to plan a lot and work closely with the marketing team that owns the content on the page and adobe AEM team that is the source for the content. To make this design scalable, I have created templates for the different types of offers we need to implement . Created guidelines for the marketing team to abide by when they write content for future offers.
AT&T Thanks Rewards Program
The idea behind the design is to create a repeatable pattern for each benefit that can be managed by the content from Adobe AEM.
Result
This was a challenging project from a technology and team collaboration standpoint. I was able to create a responsive experience that fits both the customer and business needs.
Next Steps
I have started work on a geo-location-based mobile app that allows customers to redeem these offers. I have produced a few draft concepts of the mobile app, and I moved out of AT&T. You can find AT&T Thanks app on google play or the iPhone app store.
